Stock Details

 

Stock - The amount listed after the Stock: flag is the approximate amount of this item that we have on hand. This number is our best guess, but can be off depending on what other customers are buying at the same time you are shopping. You will be emailed if you purchased an item where the stock was listed incorrectly.

 

Not In Stock - If an item is listed as "Not in Stock" it means we don't have any and can't make any. This information will appear by the add button on the right.

 

Blank Stock (Stock: lbs) - If an item is listed with a blank stock (Stock: lbs) it means we do not have any but you can order it. If you order one of these items your entire order will be held until the expected in-stock date. You will not be emailed this information, you must make the best decision for your situation based on the information listed in the cart. If you would like to order one of the items that is backordered but would not like your order held, you must place 2 orders. Place one order for the items that meet your preferred processing time and a second order for the items that will be delayed. Please email if you have inadvertently delayed your order with one of these items and would like 2 part shipping. The cost of splitting the order is basically the 1st pound rate for the preferred shipping type. The additional shipping ranges from about $5 to $15 depending on the preferred shipping service. Since all information is provided up front, we will not be held responsible for missed project deadlines when ordering one of these items.

Product Specific Out of Stock Details

 

• Machine Cut Rings - if a machine cut ring is noted as "not in stock" it will be put into our production schedule. The expected in-stock date will be the date it is scheduled to be run on a machine.
  • What if I want more than is listed? You would have to wait until the ring is made on a machine. The catalog would be updated with an Expected In-Stock date after your order is downloaded. You would have to check back within about 1 business day and see how long it will take. If you order more than the amount listed you should know there is a wait up front and make the decision accordingly. The wait for a ring to be machine cut when not in stock varies from a couple days to a month depending on the popularity of the ring.
• Hand Cut and Saw Cut Rings - if a hand cut or saw cut ring is noted as "not in stock" it means we are out of the wire and can't make any of these rings. The expected in stock date will reflect when the wire is expected back in stock. It is normal for the stock field of a hand cut or saw cut ring to be blank. This simply means we make this item for you when you order it. The comment "Usually ships in X days" will let you know the delay associated with this item. • Wire and Coils - if wire or coils are noted as "not in stock" it means we are out of the wire. The expected in stock date will reflect when the wire is expected back in stock.
• Tools and Scales - if tools or scales are noted as "not in stock" it means we are out of them. The expected in stock date will reflect when we expect the item to arrive here from our supplier.
