Will duty or customs charges apply?

The North American Free Trade Agreement assures that no duty will be charged on packages shipped between Canada, the US and Mexico.

 

In April of 2008 we changed our UPS shipping services so that BROKERAGE is FREE. No brokerage will be charged on any UPS shipments from The Ring Lord.

You no longer have to worry about whether your order is over $200. You no longer have to upgrade your shipping to expedited to avoid this charge.

Prior to this date UPS shipments over $200 travelling by UPS standard had a brokerage charge for importing goods into the US valued over $200. This was billed separately.

This charge was included - and still is included - in all UPS express and expedited services. We are now extending this coverage to UPS ground.

Shipments going to Europe have similar brokerage fees, however they vary by country. Duty will apply to European countries. If you are concerned this may apply to your order please ask a local official for information regarding the fee amount and the claimed value above which it occurs.
