Our facility includes over 4000 sq ft dedicated to making and storing rings. The main building is shown above.

You can see 3 of our 4 ring machines in the picture above as well as 2 mesh machines. Most machines run 24 hours 7 days a week (barring down time).

We typically produce around 750,000 rings a day and our peak capacity is around 1,000,000 rings a day.

Its not possible to capture the entire storage area in a picture. This shows about 10% of the shelving storage we have.

We have over 1000 linear feet of shelving dedicated to rings alone.

The chemical room is adjacent to this space. We have 200 sq ft dedicated to blackening and etching rings.

We also have a second office in an adjacent building.
