Here are a few details about
our site security and how we manage your private information.
We will never give out any
of your information to anyone.
We will never compromise your
credit card information. It is given to us securely and will be
kept secure.
- We do not keep your card on file after you have used it on our site.
- Our site is setup such that you browse in a normal web environment. When you go to check out your order you will be transferred to the secure area right before you finalize the order and are ready to pay. Since secure sites can be slower at loading, this ensures you can shop fast and check out safely.
Your computer needs to communicate with our server
- To place an order you will need
to have your computer browser set to accept cookies from our
site. This does not mean that we are tracking your movements
or spying on you. This only means that for our shopping cart
system to know what you would like to add to your cart it needs
to store info temporarily on your computer. If your browser
is not set to accept this information your cart will always show
as empty after adding an item. You can tell if you are set to
accept cookies by adding an item to the cart and looking at the
contents in orange on the right side bar.
- It is also important to make sure your computer does not block your payment information from reaching our server. This would be controlled in your browser settings. If this does happen you will be notified that we received your order but did not receive payment.
- Secure sites can be slower so wait until you are transferred back to the Thank you page before closing your browser.

- We understand and respect that internet shopping is not for everyone. You have several options if you are not comfortable shopping online. Most options are detailed in the customer service area. Briefly your options are phone in your order or place your order online and use one of our offline payment methods. Alternately you can fax or mail your order - but these methods can cause you to order items that are not in stock.
