- The Ring Lord is pleased to offer wholesale
prices to our large scale hobbyists and professional customers.

- The Terms
We gear our sales toward providing access
to the best prices and products for everyone. It doesn't matter
to us if you are buying for a company, a club or for your personal
collection. Higher discounts can be arranged for exceptionally
large orders or contracts. Please email if you have a specific
order in mind. Anyone following these terms can have wholesale prices.
- On your first order you pay a $100US membership
fee. After you have spent $1000US in a year (starting when you sign up) you receive $80US back
in store credit. $20US is kept as a wholesale account administration
fee.
- You must spend a minimum of $1000US per
year in rings alone. Tools, wire and other products are not included
in calculating this total. If you do not meet the $1000US yearly amount,
the $100US fee is not returned.
- Rings must be purchased in $10US minimums. If you want a ring that cost $5 per ounce you need to get 2 ounces minimum. If you want an item that costs $20 per lb you can get a minimum of 0.5 lbs.
- How do I sample? Sampling is for items you have not seen before only. You can sample by making sure the average line item totals a $10 minimum.
Example: you order 2 items. The first item is $10US/ lb and you get 2 lbs = $20US. The 2nd item is 30 cents each and you get 10 = $3US. The average of $20 and $3 is $11.50US - which is more than $10US so you are ok.
Breaking this rule can disqualify you from getting wholesale prices.You will be notified if you disqualified your order from wholesale prices.
- Individual orders must be a minimum of
$100. Breaking this rule can disqualify you from getting wholesale prices.
What happens if my order doesn't meet the above wholesale terms?
- You will be emailed informing you that you need to increase the order to meet wholesale terms.
Your options will be to have the order revert to retail pricing or increase the ordered amounts.
- Any adjustments to an order will come out of the $80 that is due back to you at the completion of the $1000 in ring purchases.
- Anytime emails are required about your order, it will hold up the processing of your items. It is best to try to avoid this.
- If you go over the $80 your account will be changed back to retail. You will be notified by email.
- If you have already been a member for 1 year since you signed up or have cashed in your $80 you still need to follow the rules. If your order doesn't qualify you will be notified. Your account will also be examined to see how much you have purchased in the last calendar year from your new order date. If the total is less than $1000 in rings we will examine your account more fully to determine whether you still meet wholesale requirements. Decisions will be made based on how close you are to that $1000 in the new calendar year. If you are not close your wholesale status will be removed.
The Products
- Wholesale prices apply to rings ONLY.
Not all rings have wholesale prices - but most do. You should check the prices before signing up to make sure the ones you are interested in have discounts. The latest downloadable spreadsheet price list here Downloadable Pricing.
Wire, coils and tools are not eligible. The discounting for wire and tools is
listed in the catalog for that item. If you wish to purchase
very large amounts of non-ring items you would need to contact
us via email for pricing.
- Large volume orders of custom sized rings
will be machine cut. This may take longer as it must fit into
our productions schedule.
- Rings will be bagged in heavy heat sealed
bags.
- Custom rings (i.e. custom alloys, wire
sizes and ring sizes) can be discussed on a case by case basis.

- The Prices
- Once you have paid the wholesale club
fee, you will be given wholesale customer status on the shopping
cart. You can shop just as before and will see the wholesale
prices only after the item has been added to your cart and you
are ready to check out.
- Since our prices change we cannot accurately
maintain a separate wholesale price list in this area. The latest downloadable spreadsheet price list here Downloadable Pricing. It is
easiest to explain what wholesale prices are in terms on percentage
discount. Each ring is calculated based on the maximum we can
deduct off of the ring in order to create the wholesale price.
This means that every ring has a different wholesale discount.
In general the discounts average out to be as follows
