You may return most items purchased from us within 30 days of delivery of a shipment - for any reason.
Please do not initiate a return if your order has not yet arrived. If your order has not shipped please use our Contact Us page.
You will receive a full credit minus the restocking charge, payable with in store credit or as a refund onto your credit card or PayPal account.
Returns can be initiated in by reviewing your orders in the customer service area. Just click the check box on the far right under Return Request for the order you need to return items from.
We do not accept returns on custom items, used product, items being discontinued or that are a limited time offer (like non-standard anodized rings as noted), specials and uncut coils. Custom items include any shirt modified to fit the buyer, any custom item not listed on our site, any pre-overlapped rings and any cut/seemed fabric. Custom items can include anodized niobium or titanium wire - in large amounts. In small amounts we will accept it back. Used product includes, as an example but not exclusively, rings that have been opened or closed and may include opened bags in some cases. Please ask for clarification as required. You may wish to consider selling these items through our trading room on The Forum. Please note specific permission is required to sell our items on The Forum.
All products returned must be in re-saleable condition. If you return an item that is not returnable without obtaining specific permission first you will not be credited - you will be contacted about shipping it back to you.
We will refund or credit the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. In this case you must use the shipping service we recommend because only that value is covered. You can upgrade your shipping for the return but the extra cost is yours. Our errors are limited to defective or incorrect product. If there is a specific note on any category of product that covers your reason for return, the return shipping is at your expense. For example, anodized rings state that the color varies. Therefore if you do not like the color you received the return costs are your responsibility. We reserve the right to state when a certain product is within our quality tolerance limits.
We ask that you open your bags of rings before considering returning them as the ring appearance is altered by the bag.
We cannot accept items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
The restocking charge for a refund is the greater of $7 or 10% for any return.
The restocking charge for a store credit is the greater of $7 or 5% for any returned item. These percentages are based on the value of the returned items and does not get charged on shipping or tax. This charge is waived if the return is a result of our error.
If the items you wish to return have a total value of less than $20 you should consider doing the math with the fees above to make sure its worth it to return it.
Specific return instructions will be emailed and must be followed for an exchange or return. A fee may apply if the instructions are not followed. The fee will be what we are charged for customs, which is about $30.
