LZBizSample-AA
Stock: 141 EACH (0.02 lbs / EACH)
Special Notes: 0.032" thick - color same on both sides. Weight is ~9.5 grams each.
Aluminum alloy is strong and is twice the strength of cheaper alloys (5005-H18)
Cards will have a very slight curve to them. Anodizing is top quality US anodizing - the color will not fade or chip.
Please Note: sample cards may use imperfect card stock - the first batch of anodized samples has cards with rust spots on them from accidently storing some cards in a damp rust covered container.
Sample card shows lots of the possible features available for your own card including:
- colors of engraving available using anodized (shades of white and partially hatched where some of the anodized color shows through)
- a deeply engraved laser line that you can break along, straight lines work best but curve lines can work. For breakout shapes (like a hexagon) you will need to sacrifice the rest of the card to keep the breakout piece.
- Bar code in any barcode format - best with higher contrast anodized colors. Note that barcodes need not be the same on all cards, they can be sequential, by an equation, or even a specific list from a text file
- Serial number - sequential, by an equation, or a specific list from a text file
- custom hole - we can punch 3mm holes in any card, any location so long as its the same for all cards - small extra fee.

Stock: 51 EACH (0.05 lbs / EACH)
Special Notes: 0.025" thick.
Sample cards to show some of the possibilities of a laser engraved stainless card.
- 3 color engraving showing the light, gold and dark engraving. Note that the dark engraving gets darker as you play with the card.
- embossing - with a high power slow engrave we can make lines you can clearly see on the back of the card, this does not weaken the card but may slightly warp the card in the embossed area.
- QR code - the codes are readable by any smart device and good for larger amounts of data than barcodes. Best read with the card at a slight angle to avoid the reflection from the shiny stainless interfering with the camera.
- Serial number - sequential, by an equation, or a specific list from a text file
- Highly detailed image - face. The laser can make details smaller than the eye can see. There are image limitations though - for best results we use only vector graphics. Turning a picture like a headshot into a vector is typically a $20 set up charge. Line drawing type images like a caricature drawing work best.
