Q: When will a product be back in stock?
A: You can use the "Email when back in stock" button that is at the bottom of each product page, when you click the button, you will receive an email when the product is back in stock. We have over 10,000 products which makes it difficult to manually track each one, this provides our customers with an email alert when the product is back in stock.
Q: Why do the colors of some products vary from batch to batch?
A: This is a property of the anodizing (coloring) process. If you need all the rings in your project to match exactly, please purchase all the products needed at the same time to limit the possibility of slight color variations.
Q: What are the shipping times?
A: Shipping times will vary depending on the shipping method you select, express shipping is available for faster shipping times. Less expensive shipping options are also available, however, these options can take anywhere from a couple of weeks to 2 months for your order to arrive. Please see info in the following link. Q: What ring size should I use? What is AR (Aspect Ratio)?
A: Aspect Ratio is the ratio of the inside diameter of the ring divided by the wire thickness of that same ring, Aspect Ratio Explained[GU1] . We use AR to determine what rings will fit in different chain mail weave patterns, some patterns will require a tight weave and others a lose weave.
