Half Persian 4 in 1 Instructions

Half Persian 4 in 1 is a beginner chainmail weave that is great for jewelry. No previous experience is necessary.

Ring sizes and counts for 7.5" bracelet, choose 1:
14g swg (2mm wire) 7/16" ID (~11.66mm), AR ~5.7; ~6RPI x 7.5" = ~45 rings
16g swg (1.6mm wire) 5/16" ID (~8.18mm), AR ~5.2; ~10RPI x 7.5" = ~75 rings
18g swg (1.2mm wire) 1/4" ID (~6.65mm), AR ~5.5; ~12RPI x 7.5" = ~90 rings
19g swg (1.0mm wire) 7/32" ID (~5.84mm), AR ~5.8; ~14RPI x 7.5" = ~105 rings
20g awg (0.8mm wire) 3/16" ID (~5mm), AR ~6.2; ~16RPI x 7.5" = ~120 rings
*this size works in anodized aluminum as well as all other materials, but is looser
20g awg (0.8mm wire) 11/64" ID (~4.52mm), AR ~5.6; ~20RPI x 7.5" = ~150 rings

SQUARE WIRE:
16g swg (1.6mm) 3/8" ID, ~8RPI x 7.5" = ~60rings *works for all materials
16g swg (1.6mm) 5/16" ID, ~10RPI x 7.5" = ~75 rings *works only for anodized aluminum
18g swg (1.2mm) 5/16" ID, ~10RPI x 7.5" = ~75 rings *non-anodized rings
18g swg (1.2mm) 1/4" ID, ~12RPI x 7.5" = ~90 rings *works only for anodized aluminum
20g awg (0.8mm) 3/16" ID, ~18RPI 7.5" = ~135 rings *available only in base metals

You will also need a couple extra rings for the clasp and 3 or more if you want to have a short extender at the end for easy clasping. Clasp of your choice is required as well.
