Although listed as intermediate - these instructions if followed with patience and care may be used by a beginner.
These instructions are for a scale candle skirt that can be displayed in a Sunflower mode (relaxed) or Lotus Flower mode (forced). The skirts are about 3.5? as a Sunflower and about 2.5? as a Lotus.
The instructions include a free short tutorial on helm's chain!
