This wire is excellent quality bright anodized aluminum wire!
There are several points of note with this wire.
- We do not use it to make our rings - we anodize our rings not the wire.
- Special care needs to be taken when using this wire! This wire is top quality AA wire BUT it can still crack and flake if not handled a certain way. This wire is not appropriate for making sharp bends. The wire is a hard temper and will snap and the AA coating will crack. You must use it with round nose pliers only and pay particular attention to the radius of your bend. Be gentle with it and it can be used for many ideas. No warranty is offered on the AA layer as how it lasts depends on the way its bent. You can make rings from this wire, but we do not make any guarantees as to what sizes are possible to make. We suggest purchasing our pre-made rings should you want rings for making chainmaille.
