This wire is alloy 4043 and is soft temper. It is bright and shiny. It is 0.047" and sold on a 1 lb spool (~ 490 ft/lb) this wire can be a bit too brittle for wire wrapping - it can be done - just carefully. Spool dimensions vary and are not guaranteed. Heavier spools are usually 12" diameter x 4" deep and 1lb are usually 4" in diameter and 2.8" deep.
